WELCOME TO CD GAZ

CD GAZ is a company founded in 1991, with over 34 years of experience in the energy sector. Initially, its activity was mainly focused on serving the markets of the Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas (STEG).
Over the years, through a policy of diversification and market expansion, CD GAZ has adapted to the growing demand driven by the development of the natural gas network and the increasing need for industrial and residential connections to the STEG gas grid.

The company has expanded its operations to include the construction of natural gas supply networks and the installation of equipped pressure reduction and regulation stations, all in compliance with STEG’s quality and safety standards.

Today, CD GAZ is recognized as one of the leading suppliers for both STEG (public sector) and private clients, offering a wide range of equipment and products related to the Tunisian gas network.
Our strong network of partners allows us to remain close to our clients’ needs, ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of every project we undertake.

Driven by a spirit of diversification and innovation, CD GAZ Tunisia has also expanded internationally through the creation of its subsidiary, CD GAZ Senegal, in collaboration with Senegalese partners.
CD GAZ Senegal operates across all energy-related sectors, actively contributing to the country’s energy transition, from preliminary studies and feasibility assessments to the design and implementation of infrastructure projects.

SERVICE ORGANIZATION

Commercial Department

Responsible for order follow-up, client coordination, and scheduling of manufacturing operations.

Design Office

Handles technical design, preparation of execution plans, and provides assistance during project implementation.

Administration

Manages human resources, accounting, logistics, and ensures internal coordination between the various departments.

Manufacturing Workshop

Oversees order management, component fabrication, and technical inspection of pressure-reducing stations.

Installation and Construction Department

Depending on the project, two project engineers and two teams of technicians (supervisors and controllers) ensure on-site supervision.
Additionally, three dedicated teams are responsible for carrying out construction and installation works on site.

CD GAZ TUNISIE was established by a senior gas and petroleum engineer with a vision to design and build high-quality gas pressure stations and equipment.
